With TRT Custom Home Designs, we promise to work with you, your family, and our architect to help you customize a floor plan to fit all your needs.
You can choose from one of the floor plans already available on the TRT website, or seek assistance from a TRT family member to help you find a floor plan that works for you and your family.

A member of the TRT Custom Home Design family will meet with you to make any final changes to your chosen floor plan, select exterior design choices (rock, brick, siding, cedar, ect.), make choices on any upgrades, and select interior options and features.
All of the design choices you select to make your new house a dream home will determine your cost.

*Before building your new custom home, all customers must get pre-qualified with one of TRT Custom Home Designs' recommended lender options. If desired, customers may use an outside lender of their choice after pre-qualification.
Sign A Contract:
Sign A Contract:
You will meet with a member of the TRT Custom Home Design family to sign a contract and make a 6% (minimum) deposit. All deposit money will be shown as credit to the buyer at closing.
Blue Print Production:

After your contract is signed, TRT Custom Home Designs will take your selections to our architect for blue print production. When your blue prints are ready, a member of the TRT family will contact you to set up a pre-construction meeting.

Pre-Construction Meeting
This will be the final meeting before construction begins on your new custom dream home. You will meet with a member of the TRT Custom Home Design family to review your finalized blue prints and choose interior and exterior color selections.
